This space and distance to town cannot be beat! Your walk into town is less than a quarter of a mile and all paved sidewalks. Similarly, it's a quick 10 minute drive to the ski resort, or you can walk or bike on the Stowe Rec Path in just a few hundred yards from your front door.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip. It is an option provided during the reservation payment process.
Cancellations requested more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations requested less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. All cancellations are subject to a minimum 6% credit card processing fee. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
