Sleeping arrangement: Sleeps 7 with one queen in primary bedroom and a full bunk, and a roll-out twin in second bedroom.
* Stowe Mountain bus stop at bottom of hill, approx 5-10 minute walk
* Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.

We supply a water cooler for our guests in this unit for your use and convenience.
In 2024, the EPA updated PFAS limits, prompting Vermont to issue a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking or any consumptive use; bathing and washing clothes are safe. Bottled water is also available at the pool center from 9AM to 9pm.
Current testing levels are below the limit but we are still required to display this message.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip. It is an option provided during the reservation payment process.
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date (60 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 30 days or less prior to the arrival date (60 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Absolutely no Bachelor or Bachelorette parties.
No smoking. No pets.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the stated occupancy limit.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
No shoes or gear in the house. Please leave it in the entryway.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Water and Septic: The property is on a private well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest agrees to pay for all charges related to remediation and repair.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow season. There are no refunds due to conditions or weather.
Please park your car in the spot marked “Foxtail #4”. Additional cars would need to use the municipal lots.
