Upon entering the home, be prepared to embrace a tastefully furnished mudroom, with ample space to store items. Attached to the mudroom, is a screened-in porch, that captures breathtaking views of the surroundings.

An enormous, elegant kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, and presiding over an open-plan design dining room and living room. Next to the dining area, is an additional sitting area, that includes comfortable seating, perfect for relaxation while watching the television.

Featuring a spacious offering of sleeping quarters, there is room for everyone, with a master bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a king bed and private ensuite. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with their own unique design, and a shared bathroom. Each of these rooms boasts incredible views of the home's surroundings, and there is even a hidden master bedroom, located above the garage, with a king bed, TV, ensuite, and perfect for those seeking a more secluded stay.

Finally, the basement level contains an entertainment hub, including a large media room, small bar area and a large game room, ideal for unwinding and chilling out after a day of outdoor exploration.

Equally noteworthy is the outdoor area, with the patio offering ample seating, games, a propane firepit, and stunningly memorable views.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. Unless the guest opts to buy Property Damage Protection in the checkout process, a separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 2 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip. It is an option provided during the reservation payment process.

Cancellations requested more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations requested less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. All cancellations are subject to a minimum 6% credit card processing fee. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Under no circumstances do we allow events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any other large gatherings.
This home is meant for families and extended families.
No shoes in the house, all gear must be left in the entryway.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, if furniture is moved you will return to its location upon entry.
Parking: Parking is limited to ____ vehicle(s).  Please confirm how many vehicles are allowed. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
Fireplace: If your property has a fireplace, please use the fireplace responsibly. Do not leave while it is burning. Build it responsibly and allow it to burn out before going to sleep. For example, if you expect to sleep at10pm, do not add logs for several hours before hand.
Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be liable for any and all damages.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Driveways are professionally maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
