Beautiful, stunning views townhome in Stowe
This home has three upstairs bedrooms: king with en-suite, two queens with a shared full bathroom, and an upstairs laundry room. Down in the basement is a pool table, TV, couch and another queen mattress. Spread out amongst the two living rooms with a TV, board games and books and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. This is one of two units that share a pond, two large lawn spaces and a nice view.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip. It is an option provided during the reservation payment process.
Cancellations requested more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations requested less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. All cancellations are subject to a minimum 6% credit card processing fee. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Pets must be approved before arrival. They must be kept off furniture, be picked up after and not be left unattended. Only 1 dog per stay.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
No smoking.
Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Absolutely no Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. This house is for families, extended families and couples who will treat it with respect and like it is their own home.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the stated occupancy limit.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
No shoes or gear in the house. Please leave it in the entryway.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Water and Septic: The property is on a private well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest agrees to pay for all charges related to remediation and repair.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow season. There are no refunds due to conditions or weather.
