This very private duplex townhouse offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountain range and Stowe Mountain Resort ski trails. The bright, open living and dining areas feature hardwood floors, oriental carpets, original artwork, and antiques, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Vaulted ceilings with skylights, gas fireplace and a ceiling fan enhance the ambiance, while large windows along the living and dining walls offer stunning mountain views and walkout access to the expansive deck. The property also offers an exterior ski rack and indoor mudroom/storage area for boots, equipment and clothing.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a dining table for six (expandable to eight), and all essentials for cooking and entertaining. The main-floor master suite offers a large en-suite bath with oversized shower and double sinks, a Smart TV, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, thermostat control, and slider to the deck with mountain views.
Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms each have private en-suite bathrooms with tubs and showers. The queen bedroom offers mountain views and a balcony, while the twin bedroom is perfect for children or friends.
The walkout basement family room provides extra gathering space, furnished comfortably with a Smart TV, puzzles, board games, Legos, and exercise equipment, making it child-friendly and versatile for guests of all ages.
Outdoors, enjoy walking, sledding, and snowshoeing on the property and nearby trails. The home is 15 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort and Trapp Lodge for downhill or cross-country skiing, five minutes to Jackson Arena for skating, and close to hiking spots like Sunset Rock and Kirchener Woods. Stowe’s rec path and all local recreational activities are within 15–20 minutes, making this a perfect year-round retreat.
*The home has parking for up to three cars overnight, with additional short-term daytime parking available as needed. Snow removal is regularly handled by the association during winter months, but guests should be aware that the driveway is steep and snow tires are essential for safe access.
Snow removal by 6:30 am allows for early departures for mountain or activities.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Refund and Cancellation policy:
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip.
For channel bookings (airbnb, vrbo/homeaway, booking.com): The cancellation policy listed at checkout in the channel website shall supercede the below cancellation policy.
For reservations less than 30 nights:
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
For reservations 30 nights and longer:
Reservations 30 nights and longer may be canceled for 48 hours after booking, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days in the future. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. The reservation is 50% refundable up until 180 days prior to the start date of the reservation. After this period, there is no further refund for a cancellation. Mountain View Vacations may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund to the extent that canceled dates may be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

This house is perfect for the guest that will treat it like their own.
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
No smoking.
Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Absolutely no Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. This house is for families, extended families and couples who will treat it with respect and like it is their own home.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the stated occupancy limit.
We love our neighborhood, it's one of the only actual neighborhoods in Stowe, that does mean we do not want to bring noise pollution to it. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
No shoes or gear in the house. Please leave it in the entryway.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Water and Septic: The property is on a private well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest agrees to pay for all charges related to remediation and repair.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow season. There are no refunds due to conditions or weather.
