The home features three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, along with 4.5 bathrooms, allowing everyone to spread out comfortably and have privacy. The main living area centers around a cozy wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect place to gather during Vermont's snowy winters and cool summer evenings. The heart of the home is a stunning, fully renovated chef’s kitchen designed for gathering and entertaining. Featuring a large waterfall island with seating for six, premium finishes and elegant lighting, the space blends modern luxury with warm Vermont charm. A wall of windows above the sink frames peaceful green views, bringing natural light into the space throughout the day. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it ideal for shared meals, holiday gatherings, and après-ski evenings.
The lower level offers additional space for entertainment and relaxation with air hockey, foosball, board games, and puzzles for guests of all ages.
Outside, enjoy the peaceful Vermont surroundings from the deck and outdoor seating areas. The property also includes a two-car garage, mudroom for ski gear, and parking for up to four vehicles.
Located approximately eight minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort and only a short drive from Stowe Village, you'll have easy access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, breweries, shops, restaurants, and the area's renowned fall foliage.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Refund and Cancellation policy:
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip.
For channel bookings (airbnb, vrbo/homeaway, booking.com): The cancellation policy listed at checkout in the channel website shall supercede the below cancellation policy.
For reservations less than 30 nights:
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
For reservations 30 nights and longer:
Reservations 30 nights and longer may be canceled for 48 hours after booking, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days in the future. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. The reservation is 50% refundable up until 180 days prior to the start date of the reservation. After this period, there is no further refund for a cancellation. Mountain View Vacations may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund to the extent that canceled dates may be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Under no circumstances do we allow events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any other large gatherings.
This home is meant for families and extended families.
No shoes in the house, all gear must be left in the entryway.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, if furniture is moved you will return to its location upon entry.
Parking: Parking is limited to ____ vehicle(s). Please confirm how many vehicles are allowed. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
Fireplace: If your property has a fireplace, please use the fireplace responsibly. Do not leave while it is burning. Build it responsibly and allow it to burn out before going to sleep. For example, if you expect to sleep at10pm, do not add logs for several hours before hand.
Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be liable for any and all damages.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Driveways are professionally maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
