Located on the parking lot level with only a short set of stairs from your vehicle, the condo offers easy access while still providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
The open living area is designed for relaxing together, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating including a new La-Z-Boy reclining loveseat, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 65" Roku Smart TV with streaming services and cable. Gather around the large dining table for meals, games, or planning your next adventure.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and all the essential cooking utensils. Step outside onto the spacious private deck, furnished with a commercial-grade dining table and comfortable Adirondack chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or relax after a day of exploring Stowe.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to five guests, with accommodations for as many as seven using the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. Please note that the bedrooms are efficiently designed and may feel a bit cozy due to the bed sizes.
During your stay, you'll have access to all of Mountainside Resort's amenities, including the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and seasonal tennis courts. Inside the condo, you'll also enjoy keypad entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a cozy gas fireplace, Roku Smart TVs, a hair dryer, books and games for the family, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher for your peace of mind. The entryway includes a convenient bench and coat rack, making it easy to store jackets and outdoor gear after a day on the slopes.
Please note that there is no washer and dryer inside the condo; however, coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the resort's recreation building.

*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.
*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Refund and Cancellation policy:
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip.
For channel bookings (airbnb, vrbo/homeaway, booking.com): The cancellation policy listed at checkout in the channel website shall supercede the below cancellation policy.
For reservations less than 30 nights:
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
For reservations 30 nights and longer:
Reservations 30 nights and longer may be canceled for 48 hours after booking, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days in the future. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. The reservation is 50% refundable up until 180 days prior to the start date of the reservation. After this period, there is no further refund for a cancellation. Mountain View Vacations may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund to the extent that canceled dates may be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Pets have to be approved. They must be kept off furniture, be picked up after and not left unattended. Only one pet per stay. Please note there is a pet fee associated with this listing if you intend to travel with your pet.
