The home features three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main-level primary suite features a king bed and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with two separate sinks and a bathtub. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and a day bed with trundle(this is available after Jan 2027) the other with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom.
The bright, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a blender, Instant Pot, toaster, hot water kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and an assortment of wine glasses and barware. Gather around the dining table for meals and the large kitchen island for conversation, then unwind in the lovely sunroom, a cozy spot to lounge and enjoy the home's welcoming atmosphere.

Step outside to enjoy the large, fenced backyard or take in the surrounding scenery from the wraparound deck that extends around half of the house. With beautiful mountain views as a backdrop, it's a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring Vermont.
For year-round comfort, the home features radiant heating throughout and two mini-split units providing heating and air conditioning on the main floor, one in the primary bedroom and another in the kitchen and living area. Upstairs has window AC units that are installed from approximately June 1 - Oct 1. A brand-new washer and dryer, located in the laundry room off the garage entryway, add to the convenience of your stay. Guests also have access to the garage for parking and storing ski equipment and outdoor gear.
Ideally located in Morrisville, this home makes a wonderful base for exploring Stowe and the surrounding Green Mountains. Stowe Mountain Resort is approximately 28 minutes away (16 miles), while Elmore State Park and Lake Elmore are just a 4-minute drive away, offering a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, boating, fishing, and scenic hiking trails, including the popular Elmore Mountain Fire Tower Trail. Downtown Morrisville, with its local shops, restaurants, and amenities, is just minutes away. If you want to sample other areas, Smuggler's Notch ski resort is 24 miles away (~37 minutes) and Jay Peak Resort is 38 miles (~52 minutes). For the cross-country ski enthusiasts, Craftsbury Outdoor Center is a quick 20 miles / 30 minutes.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Refund and Cancellation policy:
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip.
For channel bookings (airbnb, vrbo/homeaway, booking.com): The cancellation policy listed at checkout in the channel website shall supercede the below cancellation policy.
For reservations less than 30 nights:
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
For reservations 30 nights and longer:
Reservations 30 nights and longer may be canceled for 48 hours after booking, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days in the future. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. The reservation is 50% refundable up until 180 days prior to the start date of the reservation. After this period, there is no further refund for a cancellation. Mountain View Vacations may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund to the extent that canceled dates may be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Please leave all shoes, ski equipment, and outdoor gear in the entryway.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Guests are expected to treat the property and its furnishings with care and respect.
Parties and events are not permitted, including bachelor and bachelorette parties. This home is intended for families, extended families, and couples seeking a respectful stay.
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy limit must be respected at all times.
Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly during these hours.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and in any designated smoke-free areas of the premises.
The property uses a private well and septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, or any other items, even if labeled flushable. Guests may be held responsible for damage and reasonable repair costs caused by improper disposal, where permitted by law.
The property is privately owned. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for the conduct of their party. Please use the property and its amenities responsibly.
Winter weather and mountain road conditions can be unpredictable. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended during the snow season. Refunds for weather-related disruptions are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
At checkout, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and return any keys to their designated location.
