The kitchen and dining room are connected, creating an open space for socializing. The kitchen has all of your basic needs for cooking a meal when not cruising the restaurants and coffee shops on Mountain Rd. The living room is comfortable with a smart TV, games and books and a wood burning stove.
The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, a fireplace, sliding doors to the patio and it's own en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. Upstairs are three more rooms. A Queen bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom, another king bedroom and one more large room with 2 queens. Another bathroom with a tub/shower is shared between those two rooms. Downstairs in the basement, you will find a bonus large bedroom with 2 queens, 2 couches and another TV. The basement also has a ping pong table. Come spread out and settle in to your Stowe vacation in this comfortable space!

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Refund and Cancellation policy:
We recommend that all travelers purchase trip insurance for their trip.
For channel bookings (airbnb, vrbo/homeaway, booking.com): The cancellation policy listed at checkout in the channel website shall supercede the below cancellation policy.
For reservations less than 30 nights:
Cancellations confirmed by Mountain View Vacations more than 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods) will receive a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. There is no refund for cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to the arrival date (90 days prior for holiday periods). However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.
For reservations 30 nights and longer:
Reservations 30 nights and longer may be canceled for 48 hours after booking, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days in the future. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. The reservation is 50% refundable up until 180 days prior to the start date of the reservation. After this period, there is no further refund for a cancellation. Mountain View Vacations may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund to the extent that canceled dates may be filled at comparable rates. If you anticipate not being able to utilize your reservation, contact us as early as possible so we can make the dates available to other travelers.

Rules & Restrictions:
Pets must be kept off the furniture, picked up after and have a flea and tick preventive. Pets cannot be left unattended when not at the apartment. If they are and disrupt other homeowners, you will be fined $150.00
Must be 25 years or older to rent.
No smoking.
Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Absolutely no Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. This house is for families, extended families and couples who will treat it with respect and like it is their own home.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the stated occupancy limit.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m.-7:00a.m.
No shoes or gear in the house. Please leave it in the entryway.
The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Water and Septic: The property is on a private well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, guest agrees to pay for all charges related to remediation and repair.
Storms and Inclement weather:
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow season. There are no refunds due to conditions or weather.
